01Who we are
rem0ra (the "Service") is owned and operated by TND Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas, United States ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors, account holders, and users of rem0ra, how we use that information, and the choices you have.
By using rem0ra, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
02Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Account information, email address, chosen username, password hash, optional Telegram handle, optional agency or company name, and referral source (if any).
- Billing information, when you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details directly. We receive limited billing metadata such as the last four digits of your card, billing country, and subscription status. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Team and access data, if you invite team members or virtual assistants, we store the email addresses and role assignments you configure, solely to operate the access control features you chose.
- Support communications, any messages you send us via email, Telegram, or any in-app channel, and our responses.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and session data, which devices you connect to, session duration, IP address, approximate location (city/region derived from IP), timestamps of actions, and basic diagnostic information about your connection.
- Device and browser information, browser type, operating system, screen size, and similar technical details useful for rendering the interface correctly and diagnosing issues.
- Log data, standard server logs covering requests to our infrastructure, used for security, abuse detection, and debugging.
Information we do not collect
We do not access the content of the accounts, applications, or data you operate on rented devices through rem0ra. The Service is a remote control and hosting layer; whatever you do on the phones is between you and the platforms you interact with. We also do not ask for or collect government identification, social security numbers, or other sensitive personal identifiers outside of optional identity verification that may apply to certain plans or risk events (see our Terms).
03How we use it
We use the information we collect for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Authenticating you and protecting your account
- Processing subscriptions, invoices, and refunds
- Sending transactional emails, account verification, password resets, billing receipts, and important service notices
- Sending occasional product updates and onboarding guidance (you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying to the message or contacting us)
- Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Complying with applicable laws and responding to lawful requests from authorities
- Understanding how the Service is used so we can prioritize what to build next
04Sharing & processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run rem0ra, and only to the extent they need it to perform their role. These currently include:
- Supabase, authentication, database, and application backend hosting
- Stripe, payment processing and subscription management
- Resend, transactional email delivery (account verification, password resets, receipts)
- Netlify, static site hosting for the front-end
- DigitalOcean, cloud infrastructure for control servers and device gateways

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We may add or change processors over time; material changes will be reflected in this list.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of rem0ra, our users, or the public.
05Cookies & analytics
rem0ra uses cookies and similar browser storage for two things:
- Essential functionality, keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences (like theme and FPS limit), and securing sessions. These are required for the Service to work.
- Analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns on our website. This helps us prioritize improvements. Google Analytics uses cookies and may process data in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
06Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and infrastructure hardening. Sensitive credentials such as payment details are handled by specialized processors (Stripe) and never stored on our servers in raw form.
That said, no system connected to the internet can be made fully secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you use the Service at your own risk. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at rem0ractl@gmail.com.
07Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes) or necessary to protect legitimate interests (for example, records of prior abuse).
